We ship worldwide. Put your desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your mailing address when prompted and the shipping cost will be calculated. You can proceed to payment at this stage.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Average shipping time is 1-3 business days within West Malaysia and 3-5 business days to East Malaysia. For international deliveries do expect to receive the parcel in 5-10 days. 

Rest Assured we take pride in the quality and durability of our device products. We know that reliability and peace of mind matter to our customers, that's why we offer a full 2 years manufacturer's warranty on all of our beauty devices, 1-to-1 replacement of the product purchased if found to be malfunctioned.  

All products sold are non-refundable for cash. Please note that customer will have to pay for the postage cost for return and the packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. JFH BEAUTY will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
